1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To be eligible for returns or replacement, customers must record a full unboxing video showing the package from all sides, opening it clearly, and revealing the product.

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or wrong, a replacement will be provided only when a proper unboxing video is shared within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Without an unboxing video, returns/replacements cannot be accepted.

This helps us maintain transparency and reduces misuse of return claims.

2. No Returns for Size or Color Change (If Stock Is Available)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size change
  • Color change
  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike

However, we can replace your product if the required size is available. If the size you need is not available in stock, then, a refund will be processed with in 5-7 working days.

3. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a wrong item, we will provide a replacement after receiving the unboxing video as proof. If the same correct product, size, or color is out of stock, we will offer a full refund for your order.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

  • The product you need for replacement is out of stock
  • Your required size is unavailable
  • The exact variant/color/style needed is not in stock
  • Paridhan Studio is unable to fulfill the order due to stock issues

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Personal preference changes
  • Size exchange (if size is available)
  • Color exchange (if available)
  • No unboxing video

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

5. Replacement Policy

A replacement is offered if:

  • Product is damaged during shipping
  • Wrong product is delivered

Replacements depend on availability. We will arrange a replacement when withing 10 days. If the same product/size/color is not in stock, a refund will be initiated.
